How long will it take my package to arrive?

Custom orders arrive in various time periods, ranging from a few days to a few weeks. However, holidays and busy times of the year can delay shipment times and the time that an order is in transit to its destination.

Will I be able to track my order once it has shipped?

Yes, for domestic orders, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. This also applies to International orders for countries that provide tracking information.

My order isn't what I expected. May I return it?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 10 business days of receipt. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item, and you will be refunded the cost of the item, less the shipping cost, as long as the item is received in the same condition it was shipped in. Products returned damaged, ripped, or with visible wear are nonrefundable. Please contact us before your return so we can provide instructions.

Digital Downloads

My download isn't what I expected. May I get a refund?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds and cancellations are not accepted. All sales are final for digital downloads.

May I share my colored page on social media?

Absolutely! We just ask that you only share your colored or partially colored page on social media. Posting plain, uncolored pages and/or digital coloring pages is not allowed. Videos and reels that share the page as uncolored at the beginning and partially or fully colored by the end are allowed, as long as the uncolored digital file is not shared.

When posting, please tag us for credit and a chance to have your post and colored page featured.

How will I receive my digital downloadable order?

Once you have paid for your digital download, you will receive an email with a link to download it. You will also receive a link after checking out.

Can I frame my colored page?

You sure can! All of Sherri's digital downloads prints can be framed with an 8x10.

Digital Download Rules Of Conduct

All of Sherri's digital downloads are copyright-protected and owned by Sherri Sullivan Inc. Any unauthorized copying, republishing, selling, reproducing, redistributing, or modifying of any designs or items is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these rights is punishable by law. By downloading Shannon Roberts' coloring pages, you agree to be bound by these rules.

What you can do with these downloads:

• Print, color, cut, & frame your artwork.

• Share your colored or partially colored page on social media following the rules above. Videos and reels sharing the page as uncolored at the beginning and partially or fully colored by the end are allowed as long as the uncolored digital file is not shared.

• Print copies for your class, Sunday school, family, and friends to color. You can NOT share the digital file.

What you can NOT do with these downloads:

• Sell them.

• Redistribute the digital file(s) or claim any of them as your own. We have special tracking technology to notify us if this happens.

• Modify any of the designs digitally

Books

How will my books arrive to me?

Books will be packaged with care in a variety of shipping materials depending on the weight and number of books ordered.

Can I purchase your books from elsewhere?

Absolutely! Sherri's books are sold at a variety of online retailers and distributed worldwide.

My book wasn't what I expected. May I return it?

Book orders can be returned and refunded (less shipping) within 10 business days of purchase. It will be your financial responsibility to ship the book(s) back so that they may arrive in the same condition that they were shipped. At our discretion, returned books that have visible wear, damage, or imperfections are subject to a smaller or non-refund. Please reach out to us or contact me prior to returning any books so that we may give you instructions. Please include your order confirmation.

May I share about your books on social media?

Absolutely! I'm so grateful when customers enjoy their books so much that they want to share them on social media! Please tag us so we can celebrate your excitement with you and possibly reshare what you post!

How will my package arrive to me?

All orders are packaged professionally and carefully in order to protect them during transit to their destination. I use different partners for different products. These partners ship to thousands of their customers each month.
